These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding contract between each user (“you,” “your”) and Rushen Investment (“we,” “us,” “our”). By registering an account, funding a plan, or otherwise interacting with our website, mobile interface, or client portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, possess legal capacity, and reside in a jurisdiction where our services are not restricted. We may refuse or terminate access at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

2. Account Registration & Security

During sign-up you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your login, including enabling two-factor authentication and promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use.

3. Investment Services

Rushen Investment offers multi-asset plans that allocate client capital across global equities, fixed-income instruments, real-estate funds, foreign-exchange strategies, and digital-asset markets. Allocation weights adjust automatically based on our proprietary models. Performance is credited daily to your dashboard balance.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees
  • Funding methods: bank wire, credit / debit card, and approved stable-coins.
  • Deposits are irreversible once cleared on the network or banking rails.
  • Withdrawals are returned to the original payment channel; processing time ≤ 1 business day.
  • Management costs are embedded in published return targets; network fees are passed through at cost.
5. Risk Disclosure

All investing involves market risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You confirm that you have assessed your risk tolerance and sought independent financial advice where necessary.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in any activity that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property rights, introduces malicious code, attempts unauthorised access, or circumvents our security measures. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary algorithms belong to Rushen Investment. No part of the platform may be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rushen Investment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
